Amplifier

The amplifier card can be plugged into any of the 7 slots. Depending on the slot, the amplifier is thus assigned to different terminal groups on the rack.

The switches

The amplifier module has the following switch groups: S3/S4, S5/S6, S7/S8

The input signals are added together with consideration of their polarity, their total multiplied by the amplification factor, and inverted. Should this signal lie above the set absolute base value, the output signal changes accordingly. The base value is absolute and the output signal does not drop below it.

The amplifier can be operated in positive, negative and bipolar mode.
